SUMMER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION THIS SATURDAY ☀️🔥🌅❤️

It’s the Summer Solstice, officially the beginning of Summer and the longest day of the year.

The tendency around this time is to celebrate with a big, expansive, fiery celebration, and in the past, I have marked it with a large event with perhaps a more challenging practice like a Yoga Mala of 108 Sun Salutations.

This year feels different, and my instinct tells me that we need a quieter, more reflective practice.

In order to shine on the outside, we must first tend to the inside.

So I have decided to hold the space online for you to create your own little Summer Sanctuary from wherever you are.

The idea being that you find a personal place of retreat for yourself for whenever you need it throughout the Summer, for when you may feel a sense of overwhelm.

In this two hour online experience you will learn:

• A simple grounding practice to help you tune into the energy of the Earth and come home to your body

• Somatic techniques to balance your inner fire – to ignite it or temper it as needed

• An Ayurvedic approach to staying well in Summer

• A Yoga Flow for embodying the light (an alternative Sun Salutation!)

• A Heart-Flowering Meditation to help you bloom throughout the season
