It’s back to school time and it’s also a great time to give yourself a new kickstart.
This programme is designed for those who want to get back into a rhythm of working out, and being more mindful about their daily habits.
It all starts with morning rituals and getting your body moving – assigning a time each day, preferably first thing, to set yourself up for a good day and make sure you get in your recommend 30 minutes of exercise 5 times a week.
Many people slip into bad habits over the Summer; as fun and exciting as it has been, we also need to starten to strengthen and nourish the body in preparation for the colder months, and with the right approach, we can keep that Summer glow inside us, feeling good right through Winter, when motivation tends to be lower.
So I am trying to inspire you to start now. Get up and get moving, with 21 days of classes to build a new healthy routine into your life.
It just takes 21 times of doing something for it to become a habit, which means by the end of this month, heading into Autumn and through Winter, it’s going to be a lot easier to keep it up!
You can join the classes live, or schedule a time to watch the recordings. What’s most important is that you set an intention of getting them done in September, you make a plan, and you stick to it.
Part of what I offer in my sessions is ongoing motivation, sometimes we need a little help on that front, and someone to be accountable.
I try to make it fun, engaging, and accessible to everyone, so that you feel good about what you are doing. Because when you feel good about it, you want to do more.
