This month’s theme is “Blossoming Resilience: Flowing with Nature’s Rhythms”.

I’m slightly obsessed right now with the cherry blossom tree outside my window. 

It’s such a vibrant burst of growth, a little bit of nature’s magic, like the rainbow, which only comes with a mix of sunshine and rain. 

It’s the little things, like what you do in that first hour of the day, even in the first ten minutes, that can really shape how your day goes. 

We need to bring in the sunshine and but also allow for the rain, for we need both in order to blossom.

This month our practice will be about “flow”, how through inner strength and adaptability, we can blossom into vibrancy, like the beautiful fauna and flora in nature. 

As well as the physical practise, I’ll also be introducing some new concepts from neuroscience- small habits to boost your brain chemistry, based on the work of TJ Powers in his book “The Dose Effect”.

I’ll be sharing how simple, everyday practices can optimise the brain’s key chemicals—dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins—for a happier, healthier life.

This really can be life-changing as these chemicals dictate not just how well we perform, but how we feel, throughout the day, and throughout our lives.
