What if what we needed was not some new fancy system or structure that only the experts know about?
What if instead we already know what is good for us, and it’s just a case of remembering?
After over 30 years of study in this field, I have come to the conclusion that it’s actually a lot simpler than we think.
The body knows the secrets to optimum health and healing, but most of us become so disconnected with a natural way of moving, living and being, that we have forgotten what it feels like.
As the Sunday of Summer, before the start of the next season, this is a great time to slow down and re-connect to simplicity.
Drawing inspiration from the Babas (grandmas) I’ve met here in Croatia , the wise elders, the natural medicine women, my work this month is about rememberance.

We will be re-discovering the power of the breath, morning light, and grounding in nature. In our movement practice, we will be re-learning the patterns of movement that allow us to function well in our daily lives, and stay pain-free and agile throughout a long life span.
Your morning routine shapes the rest of the day, and this is all about activating the systems, neuro-chemicals and motivation that will keep you feeling good and enjoying a healthy and happy life.
If this resonates, then join the group in the mornings for 30 minutes of mindful movement, mobility and motivation. Every weekday 8-830am live on Zoom with a playlist of recordings to use if you miss the live sessions or want to do some extra.
As an extra bonus you will get an extended class – A Somatic Journey for Lionsgate – giving you a boost of motivation, tools for manifestation, and a chance to move your way to more freedom in the body.
