Even in the quiet of late winter, life is stirring. Beneath the stillness, subtle shifts are happening—light is growing, energy is returning, and the world around us is slowly preparing to awaken. This is the perfect time to reconnect with your own rhythm, nurture your energy, and step gently into growth.

The Awakening is a six-week online journey designed to help you do just that.

Through daily, 30-minute movement practices, we’ll explore simple, mindful ways to restore your rhythm, boost energy, and reconnect with your vitality. Each session is gentle, flowing, and fully adaptable to your body, allowing you to move naturally and feel fully alive.

Even if life feels heavy or dark, the light within and around you is always present. This journey is about taking one step at a time, noticing the shifts in your body, and reconnecting with the joy of movement. By committing just 30 minutes a day, you create space for energy, clarity, and presence to return—gradually, gently, and naturally.

We do this together. There is immense strength in community, and in being part of this Zoom experience, you’ll share the journey with others who, like you, are ready to awaken their vitality. Together, we’ll celebrate each small step, support one another, and move through this late-winter season with curiosity, courage, and compassion.

Whether you join live or catch up with the recordings, this journey meets you where you are, helping you rebuild momentum, energy, and presence. By the end of six weeks, you’ll have cultivated a daily practice that restores rhythm, awakens energy, and reconnects you to your body’s natural intelligence.
