
WINTERING WOMAN: THE WILD EDITION!
As the world speeds up towards the festive season, I invite you to do the opposite — to slow down, soften, and reconnect with your natural rhythm.
For women in particular, this time of year can play havoc with the hormones; the two main culprits being cortisol and insulin, so it’s more important than ever to maintain a state of balance.
This doesn’t just mean candles, cosying up with cocoa and watching Christmas movies (although this does have a place!), but also maintaining a movement practice that supports all the systems in the body, adopting morning and evening protocols to reduce stress and optimise sleep, and eating in a way that nourishes the body well without taking all the joy out of life!
Through Morning Mobility, Somatic Yoga, Qi Gong-inspired Spirals, Strength Training, Mindfulness, Dance, and Good Nutrition, we will explore how to restore hormonal harmony, strengthen your body, and awaken your inner warmth.
This journey is inspired by nature, grounded in science, and infused with feminine wisdom — helping you find the balance between strength and softness, structure and flow, wildness and rest.

- Love Mornings every weekday live or as a replay, 30 x 30 minute classes in total
- Kickstart Workshop to inspire you and help you create your own plan for the 6 week programme
- 6 x Evening Somatic sessions for Stress Reset and Better Sleep, join live or as replay

- Nutritional and Lifestyle Guidelines for Maintaining Hormonal Balance
As well as all the content above, you will be invited to be part of a group all on this same journey, and I will be here for any online support too. This is a key part of your staying engaged with the course and getting the best out of it – we are stronger together!
The cost of this 6 week course is just £75, less than £2 per class, plus live support.
