Have you ever noticed how life seems to move in seasons?

There are times when everything feels calm… and then there are times when everything changes.

Perhaps you’re navigating a new chapter.
Perhaps you’re letting go of something that no longer fits.
Perhaps life simply feels a little uncertain right now.

Whatever your storm looks like, I’d love to invite you to join me for a very special Full Moon workshop.

🌕 Moving Through the Storm

An Embodied Journey with Sedna

Monday 29th June 2026
6–8pm (Live on Zoom)
Recording available if you can’t join live
£15

Inspired by the ancient Inuit story of Sedna and the illuminating energy of the Full Moon, this two-hour workshop is an invitation to pause, breathe and reconnect with yourself as you navigate life’s changing tides.

Through gentle embodied movement, mobility, breathwork, storytelling and meditation, we’ll explore how to find steadiness even when life feels uncertain.

With many of us experiencing hot weather, busy minds, heightened emotions or hot flushes, I’ll also be sharing a collection of cooling movement and breath practices to help regulate the nervous system, settle the body and create a greater sense of ease.

During our evening together we’ll explore:

🌊 The next chapter of Sedna’s story

🌕 A calming Full Moon meditation

🌿 Gentle embodied movement and fascial flow

❄️ Cooling practices to soothe the body and nervous system

🫁 Breathwork for regulation and resilience

📖 Quiet reflection and journaling

This workshop is open to everyone.

You don’t need to have joined The Blue Cave course, and no previous experience is needed.

Simply bring a mat, some water, a journal if you’d like one, and come exactly as you are.

Because every woman experiences a Sedna moment.

A moment when life asks us to let go of what no longer serves us and discover a strength we didn’t know we had.

I would love to share this evening with you.

With love,

Gillie

From my heart to yours, may you trust the wisdom within.
