Something new is beginning

My love of the Adriatic is something I’m about to put to very good use. 🌊❤️

I’m really happy to share that I’m joining Adria HEARTS.

What drew me to HEARTS is the idea of bringing together people from different worlds — wellbeing, nature, science, entrepreneurship, culture, innovation and community — and exploring what becomes possible when we start connecting the dots between them.

At the heart of it are tribes — not tribes in the sense of creating more divisions, but living ecosystems of people with different skills, knowledge, ideas and resources, coming together around something they genuinely care about.

There will be experts, of course. But this isn’t about sitting in rows being told what to think or how to live.

It’s about participation.

Learning from each other.
Learning from the place.
Sharing what we know.
Experiencing things together.
And turning conversations into ideas, projects and action.

The Adria HEARTS Summit, taking place from 2–8 October, brings all of this to life here on the Croatian Adriatic. But the wider vision is to create a community and ecosystem that continues long after the Summit ends.

For me, there is one question I’m particularly curious to explore:

What can the Adriatic teach us about living well?

After nearly seven years of calling this place home, I have quite a lot to say about that. 🌊

But I’m far more interested in what we might discover — and create — together.
